Lucy Shenouda is an internationally experienced leader who has supported leaders and managers across three continents as a marketing manager, team leader and professional coach. With over twenty-five years experience strengthening business effectiveness and bottom-line results, she has a deep understanding of the complexity and challenges facing professionals today. Clients who work with Lucy appreciate her laser-focused approach, business acumen and natural ability to uncover blind spots, with grace. Lucy believes that, more often than not (and excluding polarizing politics), life is simpler than we make it out to be. She works with business leaders to focus on what’s most important to growing a business, through straight talk and proven business strategies. She is a wife and mother of two boys, a branding specialist, strategic consultant, leadership coach and a self-professed Third Culture Kid (TCK). Born in Asmara, Eritrea to parents of Pharaonic  descent, she spent the first seven years of her life in Asmara after which her family moved to Canada in the early 1970’s. After a ten-year career in cable advertising, she moved to Cairo, Egypt in 1996, then Dubai, UAE in 2004. In 2009, she moved back to Canada. With a passion for self-development and the drive to share that learning, Lucy is constantly searching out ways to improve herself and help others find their real self amongst the clutter of everyday life. Recognized by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, she engages participants in transformative conversations. Lucy lives near Toronto with her husband and two boys. She loves to swim, write and practice mindfulness. 

Fun Fact: In Dubai 2009, Lucy helped set up & completed a series of fire walks for a corporate event focused on the value of Courage.
