Lucy Shenouda provide professional coaching, mentoring and super-vision programs to influence change conversations in service of a healthy brand and team culture. Through a comprehensive inquiry process, she partners with you to co-design an integrated leadership and team development plan. Lucy’s core belief is “More often than not, life is simpler than we make it.” This belief leads to her mission statement:

Hello! I’m Lucy Shenouda—a leadership and systemic team coach who believes that real conversations are both an art and a strategy.

With a foundation in marketing, strategic planning, and over a decade of professional coaching experience, I blend artistry, curation, and business acumen to foster coaching conversations where ideas meet shared purpose and connections have collective progress.

At FosterEssence, my purpose is simple: to foster the real conversations that disrupt complacency in the workplace, and to get to the heart of what really matters.

In our work together, we explore the edges—those places where learning, growth, and real change emerge from creative tension to an expanded capacity for change. It’s where teams find their shared motivation to move beyond where they’ve been, toward their next best version. By weaving together diverse perspectives – across roles, experiences, and ideas – we together partner to foster environments where differences connect and collaboration lives.

While navigating today’s complexities and preparing for tomorrow’s unknowns, I bring a curious and courageous eye for the human condition. I have a knack for listening between the lines, noticing the nuances, the unseen connections, and the colours and textures in how people interact.

Coaching with teams goes beyond short term goals, to aligning actions and purpose with the organization’s bigger picture. By engaging across interest-holders impacted by a team’s mandate, we co-create strategies that are clear, focused, and co-owned, ensuring meaningful execution and lasting outcomes.

Outside of coaching, I’m a curator, writer, and artist with a passion for connecting people and crafting thoughtful solutions. I’m an avid fan of basketball, and the Toronto Raptors. As a mother to two adult sons and a spirited dog named Scooby, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and holistic perspective to my work. Check out my Origin Story here.
