Lucy Shenouda is the founder of FosterEssence Inc., a marketing strategist, and a leadership and team coach based in the Greater Toronto Area. She is a Systemic Team Coaching faculty member on the GTCI Practitioner and Senior Practitioner Program, having started her journey with Professor Peter Hawkins as part of the 2020 GTCI Launch Team. Fluent in English, Lucy draws on extensive marketing experience in corporate leadership roles with Fortune and Global 500 organizations in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. She excels in coaching conversations focused on operational excellence, team alignment, and resilient leadership. Her professional background includes collaborating with global brand ambassadors to co-lead marketing and learning integration for renowned brands such as Unilever, McDonald’s, Nestlé, and Showtime Arabia (now OSN).
Lucy is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and is an EMCC Global Accredited Team Coach at Senior Practitioner Level (TCQA). With extensive expertise in assessments, coaching supervision, and team coaching practices, Lucy is uniquely positioned to support her clients’ growth and transformation. Her rich life experiences across cultures equip her to guide global leaders and teams in unlocking their potential and navigating complex challenges.
As a specialist in team development through systemic team coaching, Lucy offers a perspective that goes beyond traditional team building. Her approach ensures that a team’s actions, goals, and purpose are deeply interconnected with the broader organization’s purpose and strategy. By engaging ecosystem partners, she helps teams achieve mandates that are clear, focused, and co-owned by those impacted by their execution and outcomes.
