One of the longest journeys one can take is from our mind to our heart. Many of us live our lives allowing our minds to guide us through life’s challenges. We inadvertently make life more difficult than it has to be. From a young age, we absorb the attitudes, limiting beliefs and behaviours of those around us. Many are raised cultivating the emotion of fear no matter what situation they are confronted with expected or unexpected. We are not born with this fear. The fear is instilled in us through our parents, society, culture, religion, etc. We are influenced and impacted by many throughout our life.

For a moment, let’s reflect on the following questions:

What if fear was not a factor?

How would you choose to live your life?

I’ve been influenced in many ways throughout my life and have worn many masks to cover the fear, shame, quilt, the feeling of not being good enough, unworthiness. It has taken time to slowly remove these mask. As I’ve uncovered the layers, I’ve discovered the truth of who I am. The path has not always been smooth and yet as I look back I am astounded by my strength and courage to move through many challenging situations. It’s been an enlightening discovery and remembrance of the essence of my true identity.

Our journey in this life time, is not meant to be painful. We are not meant to just survive but to THRIVE! Our feeling of separation is just an illusion.  We have always been connected to our Creator. Our mission is to realize that we are not separate but ONE with all of life, we are all connected at our core. This journey is about moving from our Ego mind to our Heart space.

Life is meant to be joyous, filled with happiness, ease and love. What I know is that our hearts hold the wisdom we seek and can help us find answers to many things that hold us back from being true to our SELF.

My retreats and workshops are created through sacred ceremonies. When we gather in circle, we are in sacred space to do the work necessary to journey inward, listen and allow our spirit to reveal the essence of who we are, the gifts we have to share with the world.

My wish is to share my journey and experience in finding my light and spiritual path with others who are seeking to do the same.
